Ryan Comeaux DDS

DDS

Dr. Ryan Comeaux earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Louisiana State University and then later his Dental Degree from the LSU School of Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and he has been recognized and honored for his research publications and presentations. Additionally, he’s completed advanced courses in implant placement and restorations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently a member of the Spear Study Club. He’s received numerous awards for outstanding dental achievements both in Texas and nationwide.

Prior to opening his practice in The Woodlands, Dr. Comeaux lived and worked in Louisiana, where he was active in the Louisiana Dental Association and the Northlake Dental Association. Comeaux worked in and around the New Orleans area for a little more than five years in both a general/cosmetic dental office as well as a prosthodontist practice; the latter afforded him the opportunity to learn hands-on, advanced techniques in complicated crown, bridge, denture and implant cases.

Dr. Comeaux believes that dental care should be available to all, regardless of their circumstances. This passion led him to become involved with several non-profit organizations that provide free dental care to those in need, such as Interfaith Community Clinic, the Hope Dental Mission and The Micah Project. Dr. Comeaux has participated in mission trips to Mexico, Honduras and several impoverished areas of the United States, and he continues to support these organizations with his time and resources.

Local community is also important to Dr. Comeaux. He serves on the Admin Board of The Woodlands United Methodist Church and the Board of Directors for the AVM Research Foundation. He and his practice volunteer and donate to many worthwhile causes and organizations such as the Will Herndon Fund for Juvenile Batten Disease Research, the American Heart Association, the Duchene Muscular Dystrophy Association and many more — read more about how the organizations Dr. Comeaux and his practice support on our Community page.

Dr. Comeaux lives with his wife Julie and their triplet sons in The Woodlands. He is an active member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. In his spare time, he enjoys watching LSU football, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
